Who are we?

L’Enclos Rey is a service of the Association Chemins d’Espérance, which manages around twenty EHPADs throughout the territory. A non-profit, it supports more than 1,200 vulnerable elderly people.  

Cookies

If you check “Remember me”, your login cookie will be retained for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. By editing or publishing a post, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It simply shows the ID of the post you just edited. It expires after one day.  

Content embedded from other sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other sites behaves the same as if the visitor went to that other site. Privacy and personal data

For any request regarding your personal information, you can send an email to the Personal Data Officer (DPO) using the following address: siege@cheminsdesperance.org or by mail to: Association Chemins d’Espérance, 57 rue Violet, 75015 Paris. Depending on the nature of your request, the procedure will vary. Users can benefit from the following rights:

• Right of access to your data;
• Right to rectify your data;
• Right to erasure of data concerning them and within the limits of the purpose of the processing;
• Right to data portability;
• Right to object to processing

What data do we collect?

Enclos Rey undertakes to its users to only collect and process the data necessary for its activities relating in particular to the services we offer. Enclos Rey collects various personal data and is used for the following purposes: Management of your quote requests and contact by email (Name, First name, Email address, Telephone), analysis of site traffic. The data collected may also be used to send the Internet user promotional offers and newsletters from the site, once the Internet user has expressed his or her agreement.  

Who can access your data?

The personal data collected on www.enclosrey.fr are intended exclusively for the publisher of the site. No personal data is transferred to a third party. The Enclos Rey team, accommodation and marketing providers will receive this information via the forms on the site.
